Reduced GP Capacity

Over the next 10 to 12 weeks, we will be operating with reduced GP capacity due to planned annual leave.

During this time:

  • Our GPs will have limited availability for appointments.
  • Weekly paperwork sessions (e.g., for prescriptions, referrals, reports, and medical forms) will be temporarily reduced.

As a result, there may be delays in processing paperwork and non-urgent administrative tasks. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this period.

Please continue to:

  • Use online services where possible (e.g. repeat prescription requests). Use the NHS App or Patient Access
  • Allow extra time for any paperwork or administrative requests.
  • Contact us only for urgent matters to help us prioritise care for those who need it most.
